HEARTFELT HOLIDAYS MISSION The Housing Authority of Paducah (HAP) is committed to providing housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income families. HAP partners with local agencies to offer supportive services, including daycare, adult literacy, and after-school programs, at little or no cost to residents. HOLIDAY NEEDS The Housing Authority of Paducah plans to host a Holiday Resource Event for public housing and Housing Choice Voucher families to connect with local re- sources, learn about available support, and enjoy a meal together. Donations will help cover the cost of the event meal and provide small gifts for attend- ees, spreading holiday cheer and reminding families that they are valued and supported. Additional event details will be announced as plans are finalized. HOW YOUR GIFT HELPS Charitable gifts support the Housing Authority of Paducah’s Getting Ahead program, helping residents recognize their strengths, build connections, and work toward greater financial stability. Donations provide participant incen- tives, workbooks, and supplies, making the program accessible to more residents. Ongoing funding allows the program to be offered more frequently throughout the year, giving more individuals and families the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen their resources, and create a brighter, more stable future.
