Keep you accountable: Tell it your plan. Come back and report. Get a nudge when motivation runs dry, an adjustment when life gets in the way. Not a cheerleader, not a therapist - a check-in. Here’s the truth; goals don’t fail from lack of effort. They fail because nobody asks about them. Now something does. I keep an open chat for logging in with meals, workouts, and more. 5. Nail the glowup: Skincare for your skin type, makeup shades for your coloring, styles that fit your shape. The stuff you’d pay a consultant for or guess at in a dressing room or standing in the skincare aisle. Describe yourself, ask what works. Two questions in, you might find out half your products are useless and which one you actually needed. This is where healthier turns into hotter. Don’t overthink it. Open a free AI chat, Claude, ChatGPT, whichever, and start typing like you’d talk to a person. You don’t need the right words or a clear goal. You just need to start. Try these: • “I’m 58, I haven’t exercised in years, and I have bad knees. Build me a two-week walking and strength plan I can do at home.” • “Here’s what I ate today. What’s missing, and what’s one easy swap?” • “Explain my cholesterol numbers like I’m not a doctor. What questions should I ask at my next appointment?” • “I have $75 a week for groceries for two people. Build me a healthy meal plan and shopping list.” • “I have dry skin and I’m over 50. What should a simple morning and evening routine look like?” That’s it. No app to download, no subscription, no perfect starting point required. Ask a real question about your real life and see what comes back. Push back if the answer doesn’t fit - that’s the whole point. It adjusts to you, not the other way around. And here’s the part that matters most; you can’t do this wrong. There’s no dumb question, no judgment, no clock running. Ask the thing you’d be embarrassed to ask a trainer. Ask it twice. Ask it to explain again slower. The only mistake is waiting for the perfect moment to begin, because that moment was always going to be right now. Getting healthy was never supposed to require a second income. The knowledge has always existed. It was just locked behind price tags and paywalls and people whose job was to keep you needing them. Not anymore. Keep your doctor. Keep your trainer. But stop paying for answers you can now get for free. The glowup isn’t waiting on your budget anymore. It’s waiting on you to ask. 68 SEPTEMBER 2026 | INTHEVUE.COM
