INTHEVUE.COM | AUGUST 2026 17 SUMMIT B y T a y l o r S h e a W e s t • P h o t o s b y A m b e r T a y l o r SUPERHERO SUMMIT – AN all-in-one support platform that helps families, educators, and caregivers work together to better support neurodiverse children. Born from Roshenna McHaney’s both professional experiences, as well as her own personal journey as a mother navigating the world of autism. A way to simplify communication, organize important information, and empower everyone involved in a child’s journey. Like so many families, McHaney found herself carrying paperwork everywhere, keeping notes on her phone, repeating the same conversations to teachers, therapists, doctors, and caregivers – constantly trying to make sure everyone was on the same page. “I remember thinking that I was using multiple apps just to manage one child’s support system. One app for reminders, another for notes, another for documents, another for communication. McHaney realized the biggest gap wasn’t a lack of caring – it was a lack of communication. “Parents, educators, therapists, and caregivers often work incredibly hard, but they’re doing so with fragmented information. Everyone has a piece of the puzzle, yet no one has the complete picture,” said McHaney. “That disconnect can delay progress, increase stress, and leave families feeling overwhelmed. I wanted to create a place where everyone could collaborate more effectively around the child’s needs.” The platform itself was built with parents in mind at first. Though today, it’s grown into a platform designed to help not only families, but serves as a tool for educators, therapists, childcare providers, behavioral specialists, medical professionals, caregivers, and more.
