The 2024 football season for Paducah Tilghman is a season Blue Tornado fans will never forget — an undefeated season that ended with a dramatic win over Franklin County in Kroger Field and the Blue Tornado hoisting the Class 4A state championship trophy. The challenge for the Blue Tornado will be replacing one of the most successful senior classes in school history. But a mix of talent coming up through the system with a few transfers has head coach Sean Thompson with high expectations this season. “We expect to compete,” Thompson said. “We lost a lot of starters and a ton of experience, but we have a lot of up-and-comers who have been waiting for their opportunity — and who have a ton of experience as well.” Paducah Tilghman senior quarterback Stone Crowe will have a load of talent to throw to, including the newest out-of-town transfer for Paducah Tilghman in junior wide receiver Cam Wade, who comes from Nashville, Tennessee. Wade already has college offers from LSU, Colorado, Indiana, Louisville, Tennessee, and more.
