14 OCTOBER 2026 | INTHEVUE.COM GRILLED LOBSTER TAIL & SHRIMP WITH VEGGIES A flavorful foil-packet meal loaded with lobster, shrimp, fresh vegetables, and potatoes, all brought together with Season & Shadow Tradition Garlic Butter Blend. INGREDIENTS • 2 medium lobster tails, cut in half • 1 bag raw shrimp • 1 small summer squash, sliced • 1 small bell pepper, sliced • ½ yellow onion, sliced • 1 sweet jalapeño, sliced • 1 jar baby corn, drained • 1 bag gourmet gold petite potatoes • 2–3 T Season & Shadow Tradition Garlic Butter Blend • 1 T Old Bay Seasoning • 1 t Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning • ½ t smoked paprika • About 4 T Country Crock Original, melted • Aluminum foil INSTRUCTIONS • Boil the potatoes for 5–8 minutes, or until fork-tender. • Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat, about 400 degrees. • Prepare two large sheets of aluminum foil, approximately 12 x 18 inches each. • Divide the ingredients evenly between the foil sheets. Place the potatoes, squash, bell pepper, onion, sweet jalapeño, and baby corn in the center of each sheet. Top with the shrimp and lobster tails. • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted Country Crock, Season & Shadow Tradition Garlic Butter Blend, Old Bay Seasoning, Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning, and smoked paprika. • Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the seafood and vegetables in each packet. • Seal the packets by bringing the long edges of the foil together and folding them over several times to create a tight seal. • Place the foil packets directly on the grill and cook for 15–20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and the shrimp are pink and fully cooked. Submitted by Veronica Davis A quick, healthy go-to snack featuring the smoky flavor of Season & Shadow Ember BBQ Blend. Low in fat, high in protein, and perfect for dipping pretzels or fresh veggies. INGREDIENTS • 1 single-serving container (6–8 oz.) plain Greek yogurt • 1 t Season & Shadow Ember BBQ Blend • Pretzels or fresh vegetables for serving INSTRUCTIONS • Add the Greek yogurt and Season & Shadow Ember BBQ Blend to a small bowl. • Stir until thoroughly combined. • Serve with pretzels or your favorite fresh vegetables. • Enjoy as a quick, protein-packed snack! My favorite seasoning is The Ember, and I put it on EVERYTHING! Meat, fish, fruits, and vegetables! I really need it in the big container. I’ve used it on fruit just to add a little pizzazz — a sprinkle on fresh peaches or even watermelon. One time, I used it on baked pears. I took my pear, halved and cored it, filled with Brie, and sprinkled the top with the seasoning. I baked it in the oven at 350 degrees until the pear was cooked through but not too mushy. After I took it out, I drizzled it with honey. Submitted by Sherry Wade GREEK YOGURT DIP
